Bonjour Cole,

I have a nice pet too, just like Ilia but smaller! A little kitten; she's beige and brown and very sweet. She has beautiful blue eyes. When I'm able to take picture I'll send it. I haven't been able to yet because she moves so fast that by the time I take the picture she disappears out of it ! I believe I will need help to take her picture.

Her name is Pearl...I really like her. She is just 8 weeks old...and very cute.

Dear Cole (&Ilia),
I was doing my daily freekibble site when I learned about you. You are one brave boy! I esp. liked looking at all the photos of you and your friends and family. My favorite was of you in bed with your "best friend"---Ilia. I too have a dog. My dog is a rescue named Dolly. She is mostly white. She weighs 28lbs. Her hair is the softest I have ever felt. She has beautiful big brown eyes. We have had her about 4 yrs. We had had a Welsh Terrier which was also a rescue. Unfortunately she was killed by a coyote in our back yard very early one morning. I am somewhat to blame since I let her out @ 6:30 without her electric fence collar on.
Dolly is such a different dog than Maddie. Actually they are complete opposites. The Terrier was a "challenge" most of the time. Dolly is completely laid back. She doesn't bark much and is not a very good watch dog. She loves everybody! Comes up to everyone to be petted (and admired). Each dog certainly is different from each other---like people ! I have just joined Weight Watchers (one week into it)to lose some weight I have acquired during breast cancer treatment this year. I was feeling tempted to go do something stupid ----like each a Snickers bar--when I got on to the computer and then I found you and your story. It made me think about what my goal is and how I CAN achieve it. You did a wonderful job with your 5K. I am so proud of you! I could never do that !!! I wish you much success in the future which looks mighty bright from here !
